When you reach out through our contact form or by email, we collect the details you choose to share — typically your name, company, email address, phone number and the contents of your message.

We also collect basic, non-identifying usage data (such as pages visited and general device information) to help us understand how the site is used and to improve it.

The Ripple Strategies app connects to Meta (Facebook and Instagram) so we can receive and respond to business enquiries and advertising leads.

When you submit a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad form for Ripple Strategies, the app accesses the details you entered on that form — typically your name, email address and phone number, along with any other fields included on the form.

The app also accesses aggregated advertising and page insights from Meta — for example impressions, clicks and lead counts. These are performance metrics used to measure our ads and do not identify you personally.

The Ripple Strategies app does not access your Facebook or Instagram profile, profile picture, friends, photos, posts or private messages.

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, deliver the work we've agreed on, and keep in touch about your project.

Lead information we receive from Meta is used only to contact you about the enquiry or offer you responded to and to provide the services you requested. Meta insights are used only to measure and improve our advertising.

Ripple Strategies does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. This includes any data we receive from Meta.

We share your information only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business (such as our CRM and email tools), and only to the extent needed to serve you.

Our site may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and measure traffic. We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to understand how visitors find and use the site, including which pages lead to a contact or quote request; it receives information such as your IP address, browser and device details and the pages you view, and it does not receive what you type into our forms. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended.

We may use advertising and measurement tools from third parties — including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Meta Platforms, Inc.) and Google's advertising products — to understand which ads and pages lead to enquiries, and to show you our ads on other platforms.

These tools may set cookies or receive information such as your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you view on this site, and actions you take here (for example submitting the contact form). Where we share contact details with Meta for ad measurement, they are hashed before transmission. We don't use these tools to collect sensitive personal information.

You can limit this by adjusting your ad settings on Meta (facebook.com/adpreferences) and Google (adssettings.google.com), by using your browser's cookie controls or a tracking blocker, or by emailing us to opt out.

We keep your information only for as long as it's needed to fulfil the purposes described here, or as required to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you — including any data we received from Meta. There is no charge to make a request. To request deletion:

1. Email us at ripplemarketing2025@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".

2. Tell us your name and, if you have it, the phone number or email you used, so we can find your record.

3. We'll confirm your request and permanently delete your information within 30 days, then let you know once it's done.
