What’s included
Storefront
A customer-facing site presenting custom computer builds, available systems and repair services.
Service pathways
Separate routes for buyers researching a build and customers looking for repair or upgrade help.
Project intake
Booking and quote intake connected to the services a visitor is exploring.
What Ripple built
Ripple Strategies designed and built the custom frontend and service-booking and quote-intake experience for Fraser Valley Computers. The public site brings computer sales and repair services into one place, with routes for custom builds, available systems, services and contact.
The project is a useful example of a website with more than a brochure role. Visitors need to understand the products and services before choosing the right next step, while the business needs inquiries that describe what the customer is looking for.
Two different customer journeys
A visitor planning a gaming PC or workstation can explore builds and available systems. Someone with a broken computer needs a quicker route to service information and an inquiry. Those are different decisions, even though they happen on the same website.
Keeping those pathways visible helps the site explain the business without forcing every visitor through the same generic contact route. The booking and quote features illustrate the connection between web design and a business workflow.
What you can inspect
Visit the live site to inspect the build, sales and service routes yourself. This project story documents the delivered scope; traffic, sales and booking improvements would require dated analytics and client approval before being reported as results.
For a similar retail or service website, the first planning step is to map the products, service requests and information required for a useful inquiry. That determines which pages are needed and where a booking or quote feature belongs.
