Meta Ads Management, Paid Only on Closed Sales

Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns with no retainer. We're paid 5% of the sales they close.

On Facebook and Instagram, your customers aren't searching. They're scrolling, and the ad has a couple of seconds to earn attention. We run Meta ads with strong creative and disciplined media buying, and we don't charge a retainer. We're paid 5% of closed sales, tracked in your CRM, so we only earn when the campaigns produce revenue for you.

Video and images produced in-house with our video team, because on Meta the creative does much of the targeting.

Prospecting to reach new people, remarketing to bring them back, and offers matched to where each viewer is in their decision.

03

Pixel and Conversions API set up properly, and leads followed through your CRM to the sale, so everyone sees the same numbers.

How the 5% of Closed Sales Model Works

There's no monthly retainer for Meta ads management. Instead, Ripple Strategies is paid 5% of the sales that close from the leads our campaigns generate. Leads and sales are tracked in your CRM, such as GoHighLevel, so both of us are looking at the same record of which leads came in, which became customers and what they spent.

Your ad budget is separate and goes to Meta. The model keeps our incentives lined up with yours: a campaign that produces lots of cheap leads that never buy doesn't pay us either, so we focus on lead quality and follow-through as much as on volume.

Paid Social Only, No Organic Posting

We run paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. We don't offer social media management, organic posting or content calendars. If you were looking for someone to run your business page's day-to-day posts, that isn't us. If you want Facebook and Instagram to produce leads and sales you can measure, this page describes exactly what we do.

Creative Is the Strategy

Since privacy changes reshaped targeting, Meta's delivery relies heavily on the creative itself: the platform finds people who respond to your ad, so the ad effectively becomes the audience strategy. Producing creative in-house matters here. Our campaigns are supplied by the same team that shoots commercial video and drone footage for Fraser Valley brands, in partnership with Autamedia, so testing a new angle doesn't wait on another vendor.

We test in a structured way: hooks, formats and offers rotated deliberately, with budget following results.

From Lead to Sale

Most Meta campaigns for local businesses use instant forms or a landing page to collect inquiries. The ad is only half the job. Leads should go straight into your CRM, get a fast text or email reply, and be flagged for a quick call, because the speed of follow-up has a large effect on how many turn into sales.

We watch the whole path: cost per lead, how many leads are reached, how many book, and how many buy. When lead quality drops, we adjust the form questions, the offer or the audience before scaling spend.

Where Meta Ads Fit Next to Google Ads

Google Ads captures demand that already exists; Meta ads create demand among people who aren't searching yet. For businesses whose customers don't know the solution exists, or where a visual story sells the service, Meta is often the cheaper introduction, with search and remarketing closing what it starts. We manage Google Ads on a flat $999 monthly fee and can run both as one funnel.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Meta ads management cost?

There's no retainer. We're paid 5% of closed sales from the leads our campaigns generate, tracked in your CRM. Your ad budget is separate and goes to Meta.

How are closed sales tracked?

Through your CRM, such as GoHighLevel. Leads from the campaigns flow into it automatically, and sales are recorded against those leads, so both sides can see which ads produced which customers.

Do you offer social media management or organic posting?

No. We run paid Facebook and Instagram advertising only. We don't manage business pages, post organic content or build content calendars.

Do Facebook and Instagram ads still work for local businesses?

Yes. Meta remains one of the most efficient ways for a local business to reach its area, especially for visual services and considered purchases. What changed is that targeting is broader after privacy changes, so results depend more on creative quality and proper tracking.

What ad budget do Meta ads need?

Enough to produce a steady flow of leads for the platform to learn from. We recommend a starting budget based on your market and average sale value, and we'd rather run a focused budget continuously than a large one in bursts.

Do you produce the ad creative or do we supply it?

We produce it. Video, photography and design are in-house, with drone and commercial production through our Autamedia partnership. Your own photos and clips are welcome as raw material.

Boosting posts hasn't worked for us. Is this different?

Yes. Boosting pushes a post for engagement. Managed campaigns use proper structure (prospecting, remarketing and conversion objectives) with Pixel and Conversions API tracking that optimizes toward real leads.

How do you report Meta ads performance?

In leads, booked appointments and closed sales from your CRM, alongside what we learned from the creative tests. When we also run your Google Ads, you see both platforms in one view.
