Flat $999 a Month
Search, Performance Max and YouTube campaigns run on conversion data and reported in leads.
Google Ads puts you in front of people searching for exactly what you sell, and it quietly drains budget when it's left on autopilot. We manage Google Ads for a flat management fee of $999 a month: precise campaign structure, working conversion tracking, and reporting in leads and cost per lead. Your ad budget is separate and is paid to Google.
What’s included
Campaign Structure
Search, Performance Max and YouTube campaigns organized around your services, margins and service area, so budget goes where it earns.
Conversion Tracking First
Calls, forms and sales tracked in the platform before spend is scaled, because Google's bidding is only as good as the conversion data it gets.
Weekly Optimization
Search-term reviews, negative keywords, bid and budget adjustments, ad testing and landing-page feedback: the ongoing work that keeps an account efficient.
What $999 a Month Covers
The $999 monthly fee pays for the management of your Google Ads account. That means setting up or restructuring campaigns around your services and service area, installing and checking conversion tracking for calls and forms, reviewing search terms and adding negative keywords every week, adjusting bids and budgets, writing and testing ads, and flagging landing-page problems that are costing you leads. Each month you get a plain report on spend, leads, cost per lead and what we're changing next.
What it doesn't cover is the ad spend itself. That's paid directly to Google from your own account, and you decide the budget. The fee stays the same whether your budget goes up or down.
Flat Fee vs Percentage of Ad Spend
Many agencies charge a percentage of ad spend, which means their fee rises every time your budget does. A flat fee removes that incentive: we have no reason to recommend spending more unless the numbers support it.
To be straightforward about the maths: at 15% of spend, a business spending $3,000 a month would pay $450 in fees, so a percentage agency is cheaper at smaller budgets. At $6,660 a month the two are about even, and at $10,000 a month a 15% fee would be $1,500 while ours stays at $999. What matters more than the fee is whether the account is run well, which is what the rest of this page is about.
Why Managed Accounts Beat Autopilot
Google's automation is powerful, but it's built to spend. Left alone, campaigns drift toward broader and broader searches. Management is the counterweight: mining search terms for waste, feeding the algorithm clean conversion data, and structuring campaigns so the budget goes where your margin is.
We also build websites and landing pages, so when a campaign is being held back by the page it sends people to, we can show you exactly what to change.
Google Ads Next to SEO and Meta Ads
Google Ads captures demand that already exists: people searching right now. SEO builds the same visibility over months without a per-click cost, and Meta ads reach people before they search. Many businesses run Google Ads for immediate leads while SEO catches up. For Meta ads we use a different model with no retainer: we're paid 5% of the sales the campaigns close, tracked in your CRM.
If you're a Fraser Valley business, our page on Google Ads management in Abbotsford covers local targeting and the local market in more detail.
Reported Like a Business Expense
You won't get a report from us celebrating impressions. Reports cover cost per lead, lead quality and, where your sales data allows, revenue against spend. The account is yours, so you can log in and check any number yourself.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Google Ads management cost?
$999 a month, flat. That's our management fee. Your ad budget is separate and is paid directly to Google from your own account.
How much should a business spend on Google Ads?
Enough to produce meaningful data in your market. For many local service businesses that starts around $1,500 to $3,000 a month in ad spend, with competitive industries higher. We base the recommendation on your cost per lead and average sale value, and tell you plainly if a budget is too small to learn from.
Why a flat fee instead of a percentage of ad spend?
A percentage fee rewards the agency for spending more of your money. A flat fee means our advice on budget is based on your results. At smaller budgets a percentage agency may cost less; at larger budgets a flat fee usually costs less.
How fast does Google Ads produce results?
Traffic starts the day campaigns launch. Efficiency comes with data: the first weeks are calibration, and accounts typically reach a steady, productive rhythm in one to three months.
Who owns the Google Ads account?
You do. Campaigns run in your own Google Ads account, billed to your payment method, and you can log in and see everything at any time.
We ran Google Ads before and lost money. Why would this be different?
Usually the cause is broad match keywords, no negative-keyword work and missing conversion tracking. We rebuild the structure around your actual services and margins, set up tracking before scaling, and review search terms weekly. Your old account's history shows exactly where the budget went, which helps us avoid the same waste.
Do you handle YouTube and Performance Max too?
Yes: Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display and remarketing, used where your funnel needs them. YouTube pairs with our video production work, so we can make the ads and run the campaigns.
Do you manage Facebook and Instagram ads too?
Yes, on a different model. For Meta ads there's no retainer: we're paid 5% of closed sales, tracked in your CRM. Our Meta ads page explains how that works.
